All very good - clean, welcoming and organised.

Facility is really clean and staff is welcoming and supportive.

From being greeted at reception and taken to my room I felt at ease. The surgeon and the medical team were all knowledgeable

I have been blown away by the outstanding service provided by every single member of staff. Amazing care givers. I could simply never return to any other hospital now I know the kind of care given at Blackheath. It really was exceptional.

Short wait time and friendly nurse. Although the price of my ZIO was not explained to me at all by the cardiologist and only by the reception staff when I asked further questions. I had to consult my insurance company which prolonged getting the heart monitor.

All I can say is wow...from beginning to end you guys were amazing thankyou so much
