Dealing with everyone is so easy and stress free from the minute you walk through the door. Friendly, professional with a warm greeting and you are instantly put at ease. The whole team make the experience as stress free and you are dealt with with such courtesy, care and consideration.

I can’t recommend Dr. Teresa Castiello highly enough. From my first appointment, she put me at ease with her warmth and professionalism. She’s not just an expert in her field—she genuinely cares about her patients. She takes the time to explain things clearly, making sure you understand your condition and options without ever feeling rushed. Dealing with heart issues is daunting, but with Dr. Castiello, I always felt in safe hands. Her attention to detail and thoughtful approach made a real difference, not just for me but for my family too. She listens, she reassures, and most importantly, she makes you feel looked after. What sets her apart is her dedication—not just to cardiology, but to people. She treats her patients with kindness and respect, always making sure they feel supported. It’s rare to find someone so skilled yet so down-to-earth, and I feel incredibly lucky to have been under her care. They’re always super helpful and great to work with. They email when they say they will, and are very understanding with the need for flexibility. (The only bit I’m not a fan of is the odd mandatory £50 deposit - which feels strange for a medical establishment. As though they don’t trust you - but that’s not the staff’s fault, it’s clearly a policy set by those above them.)
