everyone was very caring and profesional from the porter,receptionist,the aneasatist and prof Mark emberton all the nurses where wonderful thank you all so much

ridiculously difficult to contact by phone- some staff very pleasant but certainly not all- some receptionists slightly vague

Overall experience was very good.

The hospital is conveniently located, the receptionists are welcoming. The hospital building is well-kept and clean.

They’re always super helpful and great to work with. They email when they say they will, and are very understanding with the need for flexibility. (The only bit I’m not a fan of is the odd mandatory £50 deposit - which feels strange for a medical establishment. As though they don’t trust you - but that’s not the staff’s fault, it’s clearly a policy set by those above them.)

Very nice clinic everything was quick and professional.
