What a TEAM!!! my experience with the service at Discover Laser has been FANTASTIC. All the team are very knowledgeable, friendly passionate about people and truly care about the right skin journey that's right for you. From the doctor who is exceptionally knowledgeable, gentle and professional, to the receptionists who are always smiling and warm to the owner who is beyond professional this place is a GEM. It's a slice of high end cosmetics in the heart of Burnley. I know money is tight but Discover Laser is very reasonably priced. Yes it's a little more expensive than other smaller and independents but I truly was happy paying for the outstanding service and treatment I receive. The one thing that will keep me coming back most is their honesty, safety and that they truly have a passion for skin care and people above money and profit. I am excited for my future journey with Discover Lazer :)

The hospital was very clean and easy to find. All the staff were very professional, they were all helpful and friendly. The nurse who was with me during the operation was very caring which helped to me at ease as I was very nervous .
