The HCA practice at The Shard is a very convenient outpatients medical centre with a number of experts who I've seen in recent years. Consultations are easy to arrange and convenient and diagnostic facilities excellent

I was impressed by the care received, the facility and staff were very polite and friendly. Everyone was extremely helpful. Other clinics should learn from this model .

ridiculously difficult to contact by phone- some staff very pleasant but certainly not all- some receptionists slightly vague

The hospital is conveniently located, the receptionists are welcoming. The hospital building is well-kept and clean.
