The day time staff were excellent so attentive and professional and very kind

For pre and post consultations I was seen by Mr. Aho in Devonshire Street whilst the operation was at The Princess Grace Hospital. My experience on all three occasions was very positive from Mr. Aho himself, staff and facilities.

The hospital was well run, efficient and clean. All the staff I met were friendly and professional

Receptionists were on the phone and clearly acknowledged me when I sat down waiting for them to get off the phone. Bloke comes in and stands staring at them on the phone and they treat him as first in line. Incredibly insanely rude.

Pleasant welcoming experience. Wait time about was around 5 minutes. Nice practice.
