Couldn’t be a better service from reception to Becky who carried out my treatments. Everything explained clearly about what results to expect and how each treatment worked. Highly recommend.

I was made to feel very welcome and comfortable. I was a few minutes late for my first appointment so it was a little hurried but I didn't see the surgeon again, despite being advised he met customers after to operation and at the nest visit to remove stitches. My post-op advice was a little sketchy. I still have a further visit at one month after the op so hope to get some first-hand comments then. The anesthetist was expecially friendly and encouraging, as was Jules, who went out of her way to talk to me on my return for stitches removal.

Very happy with my Dentist and the way he works. Its a very positive experiance over all (as much a dentist appt. can be :)).

The HCA practice at The Shard is a very convenient outpatients medical centre with a number of experts who I've seen in recent years. Consultations are easy to arrange and convenient and diagnostic facilities excellent

The doctor took a long time talking about things that had nothing to do with the patient, such as talking about other patients she'd had and what they were suffering from. I was very frustrated because she talked about so many irrelevant things.
