Very welcoming very clean hadnt to wait long

All staff were friendly and approachable. Never felt rushed or unable to express concerns. Surgeon was reassuring and explained the procedure thoroughly, and done an excellent job. After care was excellent

The hospital is conveniently located, the receptionists are welcoming. The hospital building is well-kept and clean.

From being greeted at reception and taken to my room I felt at ease. The surgeon and the medical team were all knowledgeable

Doctor and nurses we saw were excellent. Reception staff seemed less competent. We received multiple letters about the same thing, they often came after the appointment date and they booked the wrong dates.
