Felt my appointment was “routine” not specific to me, my questionnaire hadn’t been reviewed, when I mentioned an issue I had, it was suggested I start a treatment which I was already taking. Definitely less than the half hour I was expecting, cost isn’t important but didn’t feel I had value for money (this was my 4th visit).
