The hospital was well run, efficient and clean. All the staff I met were friendly and professional

From being greeted at reception and taken to my room I felt at ease. The surgeon and the medical team were all knowledgeable

I was late due to being at the wrong hospital but the staff called and gave me guidance and rebooked me in the same day and were all extremely helpful and friendly

ridiculously difficult to contact by phone- some staff very pleasant but certainly not all- some receptionists slightly vague

I would highly recommend the Private GP Practice, Eisman Myers, at Golders Green. I have seen Dr Eisman on a number of occasions over the last couple of years, and every time we end the consultation I walk out with a spring in my step having been reassured in every way possible. She is highly professional, thorough, patient, friendly and extremely reassuring, and I continue to recommend her, and the practice generally, to family and friends.
