The hospital facilities were excellent—clean, modern, and well-organized. Everything ran smoothly and efficiently, creating a calm and reassuring environment throughout my visit.

Service here was fantastic, all the staff were incredible! I felt really looked after!

I was made to feel very welcome and comfortable. I was a few minutes late for my first appointment so it was a little hurried but I didn't see the surgeon again, despite being advised he met customers after to operation and at the nest visit to remove stitches. My post-op advice was a little sketchy. I still have a further visit at one month after the op so hope to get some first-hand comments then. The anesthetist was expecially friendly and encouraging, as was Jules, who went out of her way to talk to me on my return for stitches removal.
