Efficient staff who are all good at their jobs. Surgeon (Dr. Sam) was also excellent and very quick with both cataract surgery and laser treatment. However I felt the discharge procedure at the end of treatment was a bit lax and suggest patients are given a letter or pamphlet to fully explain, for example is it in order to contact your opticians etc.

Lovely calm atmosphere with friendly staff. Informative eyetest and all questions answered with time spent on you. I was then introduced to Jitka, who was so amazing. Was there no end to her knowledge and precision ! I now have a great pair of glasses that suits me!

My experience in all areas, from the first time I stepped into the clinic till I got my operations completed are all fantastic. The staff were so respective and responsive. The environment was clean and friendly. The operations were neatly and nicely done with clarity.

The HCA practice at The Shard is a very convenient outpatients medical centre with a number of experts who I've seen in recent years. Consultations are easy to arrange and convenient and diagnostic facilities excellent

I have been blown away by the outstanding service provided by every single member of staff. Amazing care givers. I could simply never return to any other hospital now I know the kind of care given at Blackheath. It really was exceptional.
