From the start of the experience all the way to the operation and post operative care the Newmedica team have been exceptional.

From the moment I had my initial first consultation with Mr Sheehan to my Cataract surgery with Mr El-Ashry the professionalism in making me at ease was second to none, I was by far not the easiest of patients to due a extremely sensitive right eye to artificial light but they had the patience to make things more bearable. After 8 weeks I had a minor complication but the aftercare was perfect too and my eye now sees 20 20 for the first time in my life, totally life changing as I can now play sport with no need for glasses!!

Great service on the whole, a few of the night staff weren’t so attentive. Very clean, very quiet, nice to not be disturbed too often and good was excellent with lots of extra drinks on offer too Dorota was great and even went in search of a peppermint tea for me / Sylvia and Paula very helpful, approachable and friendly too. My consultant, who isn’t on your list : Mr Vathanan was excellent. Very personable, listened to me throughout and very professional

The most efficient process I have ever encountered. From the communication of appointments, through management of the attendance through-put flow and of course the actual efficacy of the treatment process. I consider myself to be very lucky to have been referred to this facility
