I had a great experience with Doctor Aida as my doctor, for 37 weeks until my delivery and also with my post delivery checkups. It was my first time experience with Saudi German and I am glad to say that it's the best hospital I have ever been to . And Doctor Aida....... I run short of words to explain how much of a caring person she is, even when times where difficult during my pregnancy she always reassured me and gave the best action plan.

the nurses and the doctor was amazing. reception area is good. call center is very bad due to waiting time, employees saying you will get a call back soon and no one calls us back. 10 year i’ve been going to prime medical center in al garhoud and al mizher and not once have they ignored or responded with “you will get a callback soon”. i am very disappointed in how different things are.
