Short wait time and friendly nurse. Although the price of my ZIO was not explained to me at all by the cardiologist and only by the reception staff when I asked further questions. I had to consult my insurance company which prolonged getting the heart monitor.

Elisabetta has helped me to regain strength and flexibility after a tendon injury. I can definitely recommend physio with her at Bodyset Maida Vale. When I first started I struggled to get up the stairs. Every week when walking up the stairs to the physio-sessions I could see the progress I was making and am now finally at a stage where I can easily manage.

I was apprehensive ahead of my operation (it involved significant surgery and general anaesthetic), but every single person I interacted with was extremely professional, courteous, thoughtful and reassuring. I was extremely impressed with Mr Pollock, his anaesthetist (Mike) and the two orderlies who looked after me pre-op (Sam) and post-op (Marwan).
