ridiculously difficult to contact by phone- some staff very pleasant but certainly not all- some receptionists slightly vague

everyone was very caring and profesional from the porter,receptionist,the aneasatist and prof Mark emberton all the nurses where wonderful thank you all so much

The HCA practice at The Shard is a very convenient outpatients medical centre with a number of experts who I've seen in recent years. Consultations are easy to arrange and convenient and diagnostic facilities excellent

It was all good, apart from the man at the reception who was not always professional and friendly.
