Great staff everything explained throughout procedure and visit. Aftercare however terrible tried to contact between procedures but unable on hold more than 15mins at a time gave up. Referral after 2nd eye from optician saying i needed medication waited 2 weeks no word from optigra. Still waiting and stressed

All the staff were very friendly and welcoming , and I was seen within 5 minutes of my appointment time
