Mr Sharma has been treating me for glaucoma since 2019. Treatment has always resulted in the desired improvement in my sight. He inspires great confidence and has a kind, calm manner.

All the staff were helpful and the experience reassuring as no immediate action deemed necessary. However, as a self funding patient, I found the fees and especially those for routine tests, exceedingly high and I will be returning to the care of the NHS.

Short wait time and friendly nurse. Although the price of my ZIO was not explained to me at all by the cardiologist and only by the reception staff when I asked further questions. I had to consult my insurance company which prolonged getting the heart monitor.

Visiting Northsdawn Hospital in Caterham 21.05.25. - 22.03.25. Overall experience was really marvelous and superb. Crew was very friendly, empathic and professional. Hospital was very clean and tidy. After open hernia surgery, nurses and doctors was very helpful, everyone smile and you can feel high standards. To sum up, recommended hospital for patients, you can trust those personnel. From the moment you meet the reception staff until the appointment with the consultant, you are met with friendly and caring staff, treated with great dignity and respect. The appointments are always taken on time and the waiting rooms are very comfortable. This is an excellent hospital in every respect as the attention to detail is obvious.
