The customer service team were fantastic. Responded quickly and never skipped any important information I had. They always answered any questions I had. Oliver was amazing in the assessment. He let me rant on a little bit and I never felt like I couldn’t speak. He was always willing to sit and listen to my answers, and if there were topics I didn’t want to answer he made sure to move on. I never felt forced. I can’t say thank you enough

Dr Kenneth Lee, at the London Psychiatry Clinic, has been brilliant throughout the journey of diagnosing and medicating my son, who has ADHD. Dr Lee has been professional, kind, caring and overall brilliant with my 11 year old.

The schedule for the sessions was very well organised and managed. The nurse conducting the sessions was so friendly and put me at ease straight away so it was never a chore. The whole experience was very professional yet personable. After completing the course of rTMS I felt more mentally energised with increased motivation. I highly recommend the whole experience!
