I honestly can’t recommend Ms Naomi Neal enough, she was absolutely amazing with my mum who has suffered with UTIs most of her life and had come to terms that this was going to be normal at her stage of life, Ms Neal put her at ease straight away, explained everything and was so professional. My mum left feeling very positive that Ms Neal could improve her quality of life with treatment and a preventative plan going forward.
