Very welcoming reception and we did not wait long to be seen .

Seen on time. It was a very warm day though and the reception area would benefit from better air conditioning or fans.

Efficient staff who are all good at their jobs. Surgeon (Dr. Sam) was also excellent and very quick with both cataract surgery and laser treatment. However I felt the discharge procedure at the end of treatment was a bit lax and suggest patients are given a letter or pamphlet to fully explain, for example is it in order to contact your opticians etc.

Overall a pleasant experience bar the issues with parking
