Overall experience was very good.

Prompt and friendly service . Reception staff were welcoming

ridiculously difficult to contact by phone- some staff very pleasant but certainly not all- some receptionists slightly vague

Staff at both Queen Anne Street and East Grinstead were wonderful. In particular the anaethetist Dr Lamb. I was very nervous and she really helped calm me down. Reccomendation from a friend
