I had a great experience with Emily and cannot recommend her enough. I had a consultation with ENT consultant and he was so knowledgable, very good at explaining and very helpful. Extremely impressed & delighted with consultation. I felt that i was well informed on the benefits and risks of the treatment. The chiswick nurses are very friendly and welcoming. they go above and beyond in helping me on that day as i was anxious before seeing the consultant.

It was all good, apart from the man at the reception who was not always professional and friendly.

Lovely centre, polite and helpful staff

From the moment you meet the reception staff until the appointment with the consultant, you are met with friendly and caring staff, treated with great dignity and respect. The appointments are always taken on time and the waiting rooms are very comfortable. This is an excellent hospital in every respect as the attention to detail is obvious.

Great service as always from Dr Wilson. I appreciate her human approach as well as motivating attitude to help reach my goals.
