My experience with Jonathan & his team have been second to none. I felt totally at ease from start to finish. Jonathan answered all my questions thoroughly, honestly & reassured me on all my concerns. I had read that his team also advised on your skin health & lifestyle. Karen his aesthetician was so helpful on getting my skin to the optimum health, advising on products how to use them etc before the op & is still continuing to do so. Then we come to Shyamala who advises on lifestyle & this I have to say I was a little skeptical, but after having my initial consultation with her & wanting to get the best outcome after investing so much in my face I decided to try & follow her personalised schedule. I really didn’t think it would do much & was very surprised when I started losing weight (I’ve battled with my weight for many years) I had more energy & I generally felt much better in myself, I truly believe this helped in my recovery & I will try to carry on with all her advice, she is truly a beautiful sole. We then come to the ‘twilight sedation’ which id never heard of. Obviously I wanted the optimum results so was happy to go with it. During the 3 & half hour op I felt I was mostly conscious but was probably drifting in & out of sleep, could hear music & hear what was going on but felt completely comfortable throughout. What I am astounded at is the level of bruising & swelling which was minimal & how quickly I recovered. I was literally putting my clothes on 30 mins after getting back to my room, left 90 mins later. Have had no side effects from the sedation & my recovery has been so quick. I put this down to the combination of all the above & of course Jonathan’s magic hands. I am now 3 & half weeks post op & I’m so so happy with the results, even though I’m not seeing the final result yet which I think is at 3 months. My after care continues & im able to contact Jonathan directly with any concerns. I’ve seen him 3 times since the op & he even video called me the day after. I can’t thank Jonathan & his team enough for making this journey for me so easy & comfortable & continue to do so.

William was very accommodating in arranging appointments around my trips to London both pre-and post operatively, arranging both online and in person appointments where necessary. I never felt rushed and was always able to ask the questions I wanted. William is excellent at explaining everything without either patronising or being overly technical. I am delighted with the result of the surgery; the point of it for me - and William fully understood this remit - was to remove the effects of several Caesarian sections, both in terms of scar tissue and diastasis. Emma (his assistant) has been warm, responsive and very supportive.

It is a year since my surgery, the only negative comment I can make is that I am sorry I did not go through with surgery sooner. I had researched the procedure for 3 years before making my decision. I thought if I could lose more weight my breasts would reduce, in fact they just grew larger. I also suffered with neck and back pain, more so over the past 5 years. Once I had found a surgeon, I thought I would be comfortable with, I made an appointment Ms Zweifel. From the first consultation I was confident I was doing the right thing for myself. I was not worried about the surgery, more so if it the result did not meet my expectations. I was also overthinking the procedure being classed as cosmetic surgery. After discussing this with Ms Zweifel I was reassured that the surgery would help with my posture, back pain and even more important my self-esteem, no longer embarrassed about the size of my breast. After Surgery I felt well, I spent 1 night in hospital. Once the drains were removed, I was allowed home. I took 2 weeks off work to rest and make sure my wounds could heel. I had an allergic reaction to the wound tape (glue) I was given antibiotics and had the tape removed as an outpatient. (This is an uncommon side effect) My wounds heeled quickly after this, after 6 months I started to wear non wired bras again fitted by Marks and Spencer. My Scars are amazing, the underneath scar you can-not see. The line going up towards the nipple is noticeable but very neat. My nipples were not affected in the slightest, I have sensation, smaller areolas pert and no viable scars!! My breast are symmetrical, I have reduced by 3 cup sizes. The results are perfect for my frame. Only last week I had my photo taken on a night out, in the past I would recoil at the size of my breasts in the picture, this time I commented on how good I looked I love that I can see me now and not my oversized breast. I would recommend Ms Zweifel to anyone considering this procedure, all cots are explained, not hidden charges. I paid one price which covered outpatient appointments when I had the allergic reaction, and as many consultations afterwards until discharged. Ms Zweifel is knowledgeable, reassuring, non-judgemental and an expert surgeon. I want to pass on my gratitude once again for giving me a new lease of life
