Excellent practice, with great staff.

The receptionists were friendly and welcoming, registration forms were mostly pre-filled and the lavatories were clean, easy to find and well stocked. The consultation room was also clean and tidy and, although the waiting area was effectively a corridor, it was a wide area and the seats were comfortable. A quieter corner with less light and fewer distractions would benefit neurodivergent patients, but I get the impression the receptionists would have tried to help with this if I had asked. My appointment happened on time and there were free parking spaces nearby.

My experience in all areas, from the first time I stepped into the clinic till I got my operations completed are all fantastic. The staff were so respective and responsive. The environment was clean and friendly. The operations were neatly and nicely done with clarity.

Life changing experience One year on from my CFS experience, I can't think how it could have gone any better. The initial assessment was thorough and filled me with confidence, the surgery (intra-lasik to tackle myopia and astigmatism) went exactly as described in their Oxshott surgery, and the follow-up care was first-rate. Based on my experience, I'd be pleased to recommend Mr Daya to anyone. I know others who have used some well-known facilities in London and had nowhere near the same level of care.
