Mr Laycock was quick to diagnose my problem following a few unsuccessful attempts through the NHS. He fully explained the procedure and reassured me of the best approach to ensure quick recovery and no scarring. Two months later the procedure took place and it was over very quickly. Within weeks everything healed up. Wish I did this sooner!

Mr Rao removed two broken teeth under a general anaesthetic at Cheshire Spire hospital. He did a fantastic job, and he was very patient with me as I had two false starts which could not proceed due to my blood pressure. But, once I got the blood pressure under control he was able to do the operation - and it was faultless. I went to sleep with two annoying teeth - and when I woke up I was fine and they were gone - and I was lucky, there was no pain or discomfort at all. So well done Mr Rao - you did a great job and I am very grateful.

I had rhinoplasty with Dr. Manisali in November 2024, and I am now 2 months post op. I am over the moon with the results and could not be happier with the way everything went, from the first appointment until this day… I only wish I had done it sooner! The bump on my nose and the over-projection of my tip have been an issue to me for years, but my very thin skin and strong cartilage made it quite challenging to handle. After meeting with other renowned surgeons, refusing to touch my tip for these reasons, Dr. Manisali (who was recommended by one of his peers) exceeded all expectations and took time to listen to what bothered me, and what I really wanted to improve, moving away from the easier solution. We met as often as I needed to, and he spent hours addressing any concerns (while never making me feel pressured to proceed… quite the contrary), running different options, and making sure we understood each other as to what I wanted to achieve. He produced an initial morph, based on what he thought was achievable with high confidence, and it matched exactly what I had in mind. He was very patient, compassionate, re-assuring, and transparent at all time, which I really appreciated. Dr. Manisali was also very realistic about what was doable, and ran me through the procedure in details, making me feel very confident. I had my surgery at Parkside Hospital in Wimbledon (which I would definitely recommend as well) and everything went according to plan, with an end result very similar to the morph, or if anything… better: he managed to remove the bump (with no irregularity left), reduced the volume of my tip and de-projected it, improved the angle of my tip and straightened my nose, for a perfectly natural result. For years I did not undergo rhinoplasty because I was scared to go through a heavy and painful process… but this was finally the most seamless procedure I could have wished for. It was painful at no time, I did not bleed once or had any complication post op and even my small scarf (hidden on the columella) was barely visible 2 week after surgery, looking completely clean and healthy. I was back in the office 14 days later, with no bruises and most of the swelling gone already. The result is very natural, many of my close friends and family did not even notice a change despite it being so obvious to me…! Because the proportions suit my face and completely respect my personality, which Dr. Manisali was able to understand thanks to his genuine care. I guess even a surgeon would not be able to tell. It took away a real complex (that was ruling my life… from the way I stood in a room, to the way I was doing my hair…) and was definitely a life changer. I would not hesitate a second to recommend Dr. Manisali, and I am so grateful for the work he did. Thank you to his assistant Melanie as well, for being very responsive and accommodating at all time.

I had double jaw surgery with Mr Osher and can’t recommend him highly enough. From the very beginning he was informative—clearly explaining every part of the procedure and what to expect during recovery. He is also very personable, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process and has a genuinely great bedside manner.

A fantastic doctor. His friendly and welcoming attitude put me at ease from the first moments of my visit. Prof Andi had everything arranged so that we could review my X-rays together. After 15 minutes I had a clear understanding of the story told by my X-ray, even though I know nothing about medicine. The magic was that he almost made me feel as if I was another doctor, rather than a patient. Overall, I left in a fantastic mood, confident and happy that I was in good hands.

I attended an appointment with Mr Duncan last week and he was very welcoming and friendly. He removed a skin cancer from my forehead and it was carried out with very little discomfort - I barely felt the local anaesthetic injections and the scar is smaller than I thought it would be. The whole process of this quite scary procedure was much better than I had anticipated and Mr Duncan and his nurse explained every step of the way through my treatment. I would strongly recommend them for any lumps or bumps that you need removing from your face .
