Clean, professional, helpful and never seem stressed when you ask questions, especially the reception staff. But all departments have been fantastic, during my stay and follow up treatment. Highly recommend the hospital.

The hospital was very clean and easy to find. All the staff were very professional, they were all helpful and friendly. The nurse who was with me during the operation was very caring which helped to me at ease as I was very nervous .

Staff were amazing, from the receptionists to the surgeon, could not praise them enough, Hospital is spotless.

Excellent support

Every communication was clear and staff are professional. I had slight confusion over the car park as the barrier was up, whereas I had been told to pull up to the barrier and use the call button to gain entry. Adequate parking if you have an early appointment but I can foresee parking difficulties as the day goes on.
