Mindful Recovery felt like a place where I could actually be honest. There was no pressure, just people who took the time to understand what was going on and offered real help and accountability.

Steve is engaged and attentive all while remaining professional with his work. He asks deliberate questions which promote reflection and challenge the ways I think. He has always been well organised with booking sessions and flexible with rearranging on occasions where I may be busy. It is clear he has substantial knowledge and training in his field but with a personal and mindful touch. He is excellent at creating a comfortable and safe space to open up about anything I would like, as well as actively listening to things I want from therapy.

Can’t recommend this clinic enough! Had an amazing coil removal experience, I felt so listened to but mostly I just felt like a real person rather than a patient. My reason for getting my coil out was a combination of being ready to get pregnant & being more than a little fed up of the very painful periods I’d been having, and Dr. Anne was understanding (and even recommended a medication to take if I should ever want to get a coil fitted again!) and just wonderful to chat to. Super special place!!!

Jade has been a great support for my daughter in navigating the challenges of school life, especially when it comes to managing conflicts, managing stress and regulating her temper. Jade has created a safe, comfortable environment where my daughter feels she can talk openly and honestly. We have seen noticeable improvements in how she expresses herself and copes with difficult situations. I turned to Weightmatters for psychological therapy with the hope of "rewiring" my thinking, especially around how I used food to cope with emotional pain.
