From the moment you arrive, the beautiful location near Sloane Square makes an impression — it’s such a stunning area and immediately sets the tone for a premium experience. The clinic itself is gorgeous: bright, modern, impeccably clean, and designed with a real sense of luxury. The reception team was fantastic — warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful with scheduling and working around my availability. Everything felt smooth, professional, and relaxed from start to finish. Overall, Montrose offers not just top-tier treatments but an atmosphere that makes you feel cared for and valued the moment you walk through the door. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a high-end dermatology experience in London.

Self london clinic is a true reflection of Dr Mahto. The staff are warm, welcoming, and attentive to every aspect of care. The staff mirror Dr Mahto’s kindness, integrity, and professionalism, making every visit feel safe and supported, with excellent results often surpassing expectations.

Excellent communication and facilities

The receptionists were friendly and welcoming, registration forms were mostly pre-filled and the lavatories were clean, easy to find and well stocked. The consultation room was also clean and tidy and, although the waiting area was effectively a corridor, it was a wide area and the seats were comfortable. A quieter corner with less light and fewer distractions would benefit neurodivergent patients, but I get the impression the receptionists would have tried to help with this if I had asked. My appointment happened on time and there were free parking spaces nearby.

St John & St Elizabeth is a wonderful place for treatment, other than the imaging department. The Cardiac Suite team is exceptional.

I had an amazing platinum Hydra facial, with Lauren today, she made me feel so comfortable and explained everything she done to me. My skin feels absolutely fabulous and so soft and glowing. Thank you so much, would really recommend 5 Star this treatment!!

All staff were friendly and approachable. Never felt rushed or unable to express concerns. Surgeon was reassuring and explained the procedure thoroughly, and done an excellent job. After care was excellent
