I had a great experience with Emily and cannot recommend her enough. In addition to being very knowledgeable, she is kind and patient, really listens to your concerns and preferences and gives great personalised advice. She's made the whole process easy and enjoyable and the small tweaks she suggested were easy to incorporate into a busy schedule. The doctor took a long time talking about things that had nothing to do with the patient, such as talking about other patients she'd had and what they were suffering from. I was very frustrated because she talked about so many irrelevant things.
