My experience with the consultant Dr Shah was not of usual good standard that I have received from other consultants in the past. However, the staff who carried out the endoscopy and colonoscopy were excellent - reassuring and explained the procedures well. I was very nervous about the gastroscopy but with the aid of sedation and such reassuring staff all was well.

I booked mole mapping and had some moles removed today. The whole experience was comfortable, I felt at ease the whole time and have already recommended the clinic to several friends!! Thank you for a superb service!

The doctor took a long time talking about things that had nothing to do with the patient, such as talking about other patients she'd had and what they were suffering from. I was very frustrated because she talked about so many irrelevant things.
