I’ve been consistently impressed with the exceptional services provided by Hooke. Their approach to preventative healthcare is second to none, offering a comprehensive and proactive solution to ensure long-term well-being. The multidisciplinary team at Hooke is exceptionally thorough and knowledgeable, bringing expertise from every angle to create a well-rounded approach to health. A special mention to Hollie and Filipa from the Client Services team, who are always efficient, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. I wholeheartedly recommend Hooke for anyone seeking excellent preventative healthcare with outstanding customer service. They truly go above and beyond.

I would highly recommend the Private GP Practice, Eisman Myers, at Golders Green. I have seen Dr Eisman on a number of occasions over the last couple of years, and every time we end the consultation I walk out with a spring in my step having been reassured in every way possible. She is highly professional, thorough, patient, friendly and extremely reassuring, and I continue to recommend her, and the practice generally, to family and friends.

It was all good, apart from the man at the reception who was not always professional and friendly.

Twenty months ago I finished 3 months of chemo at LOC Chelsea and whilst it was one of the more traumatic times in my life, my weekly visit became something I actually looked forward to, rather than dread. It became my home from home, I felt safe there. I got to know all the staff very well, from the receptionist downstairs and the lovely catering ladies, to all the nurses who delivered my treatment. I will never forget all their kindness and consideration, their help with advice, their understanding and their positivity. My last session was very emotional, saying goodbye to all these extraordinary people who had made something so gruelling and uncertain, so much easier. I now visit once every six months for a bone infusion and it is always really lovely to see everyone. I would not have made it through my treatment without all the team at LOC. I hope never to be back in that situation again, but if it were to happen, that is where I would want to be treated. Thank you LOC Chelsea x

Everyone was extremely kind and friendly. I am extremely please with their prompt same day response to my request for an appointment and no waiting time when I got there. The Dr listened well and confirmed everything I suspected which my GP did not and therefore for 2 years have not been able to see anyone to investigate further as she blocked it. . The doctor immediately took me to a nurse after our consultation for immediate full bloods and requested further tests to be approved by bupa. He explained everything clearly. Can not fault the service - The level of service I received in comparison to NHS is like day and night, so I am extreamly appreciative.

I had a consultation with ENT consultant and he was so knowledgable, very good at explaining and very helpful. Extremely impressed & delighted with consultation. I felt that i was well informed on the benefits and risks of the treatment. The chiswick nurses are very friendly and welcoming. they go above and beyond in helping me on that day as i was anxious before seeing the consultant.
