The procedure went smoothly, and my recovery was much easier than I expected thanks to their excellent care and clear post-op instructions. Every member of the team at OS Clinic went above and beyond. The HCA practice at The Shard is a very convenient outpatients medical centre with a number of experts who I've seen in recent years. Consultations are easy to arrange and convenient and diagnostic facilities excellent

Mr Karadaglis, was very professional. He really listened to my symptoms and it was heard. Very polite, and he went Extra mile for me as a patient.

Pleasant welcoming experience. Wait time about was around 5 minutes. Nice practice.
