Saw Dr Shidrawi who was exceptional as always. His clinic was running late however I appreciated that the receptionist informed me of this as soon as I arrived.

I had a consultation with ENT consultant and he was so knowledgable, very good at explaining and very helpful. Extremely impressed & delighted with consultation. I felt that i was well informed on the benefits and risks of the treatment. The chiswick nurses are very friendly and welcoming. they go above and beyond in helping me on that day as i was anxious before seeing the consultant.

Unlike other consultations I’ve had that left me with more questions than answers, this one left me feeling validated, informed, and empowered. Everything he said just *made sense*—more than any other consult I’ve ever done.
