Great experience throughout

My experience with Better was exemplary. I would highly recommend.

They’re always super helpful and great to work with. They email when they say they will, and are very understanding with the need for flexibility. (The only bit I’m not a fan of is the odd mandatory £50 deposit - which feels strange for a medical establishment. As though they don’t trust you - but that’s not the staff’s fault, it’s clearly a policy set by those above them.)

Taruna is excelle At what she does, she takes time and is empathetic towards me I feel very comfortable and she has made my pain go away

From the initial consultation to my exit the service has been exemplary!! I would personally like to thank Dr Sarah Rollins for diagnosing my problem and Sam Birch who has patiently and diligently erased my knee problem I cannot thank the both of you enough!!

He is very much dedicated to providing the best possible treatment outcome for my pain and mobility issues. I always look forward to my treatment appointments.
