Receptionists were on the phone and clearly acknowledged me when I sat down waiting for them to get off the phone. Bloke comes in and stands staring at them on the phone and they treat him as first in line. Incredibly insanely rude.

Professor Ross Hunter is excellent—informative, knowledgable, thorough, and highly attentive. He provides in-depth feedback and explains things clearly, ensuring a full understanding. He is calm and concise and answered any questions I had. I was worried about some potential issues and he provided reassurance as well guidance on tests/scans which were booked in quickly. Really happy with the level of care and professionalism he provides. Thank you! His assistant Helen is also fab, efficient and follows up with correspondence in a timely manner. Excellent service all round!

Very, very impressive all round. I was apprehensive ahead of my operation (it involved significant surgery and general anaesthetic), but every single person I interacted with was extremely professional, courteous, thoughtful and reassuring. I was extremely impressed with Mr Pollock, his anaesthetist (Mike) and the two orderlies who looked after me pre-op (Sam) and post-op (Marwan).

It was all good, apart from the man at the reception who was not always professional and friendly.
