The Circle staff at Reading provided very timely and professional care at all stages of the required operation and treatment with very good explanation of the process at all visits including post operation care, assessments and Physiotherapy.

Parking was easy enough. All staff exceptionally helpful and friendly and we were lucky to be seen slightly early.

I approached Anna because of her extensive experience in this field and also I had worked with a physiologist before and the conventional CBT approach was useful at first however I was finding the sessions had become more like counselling and hadn't lifted me away from the root causes of my problems. A clinical psychiatrist has suggested ACT could help me. As soon as I spoke to Anna after finding her through my BUPA directory I realised we would work well together. working in a sustained and methodical way through my values and morals and isolating my core values as well as a number of useful techniques to help with any moments of anxiety has really helped. Anna is always flexible with appointments, extremely good at listening and has an engaging but professional style. When In left my company and the funding for my sessions I was more than happy to continue with any follow ups self funded, which for me being very cost conscious itself speaks volumes. I can safely say I'm better equipped to continue managing my challenges thanks to Anna and would recommend most highly for ACT therapy in particular
