From admission to discharge, every aspect of my experience was managed with utmost professionalism and compassion. The HCA practice at The Shard is a very convenient outpatients medical centre with a number of experts who I've seen in recent years. Consultations are easy to arrange and convenient and diagnostic facilities excellent

Saw Dr Shidrawi who was exceptional as always. His clinic was running late however I appreciated that the receptionist informed me of this as soon as I arrived.

Twenty months ago I finished 3 months of chemo at LOC Chelsea and whilst it was one of the more traumatic times in my life, my weekly visit became something I actually looked forward to, rather than dread. It became my home from home, I felt safe there. I got to know all the staff very well, from the receptionist downstairs and the lovely catering ladies, to all the nurses who delivered my treatment. I will never forget all their kindness and consideration, their help with advice, their understanding and their positivity. My last session was very emotional, saying goodbye to all these extraordinary people who had made something so gruelling and uncertain, so much easier. I now visit once every six months for a bone infusion and it is always really lovely to see everyone. I would not have made it through my treatment without all the team at LOC. I hope never to be back in that situation again, but if it were to happen, that is where I would want to be treated. Thank you LOC Chelsea x

Very welcoming reception and we did not wait long to be seen .

Seen on time. It was a very warm day though and the reception area would benefit from better air conditioning or fans.
