Very professional and relaxed environment

Staff at both Queen Anne Street and East Grinstead were wonderful. In particular the anaethetist Dr Lamb. I was very nervous and she really helped calm me down. Reccomendation from a friend

ridiculously difficult to contact by phone- some staff very pleasant but certainly not all- some receptionists slightly vague

I have been blown away by the outstanding service provided by every single member of staff. Amazing care givers. I could simply never return to any other hospital now I know the kind of care given at Blackheath. It really was exceptional.
