Lovely calm atmosphere with friendly staff. Informative eyetest and all questions answered with time spent on you. I was then introduced to Jitka, who was so amazing. Was there no end to her knowledge and precision ! I now have a great pair of glasses that suits me!

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the hospital and its team for the excellent care I received during my recent surgery. From admission to discharge, every aspect of my experience was managed with utmost professionalism and compassion. The staff demonstrated exceptional dedication, ensuring that I felt comfortable and supported throughout. I am truly thankful for the high standards of care provided by the hospital.

Efficient staff who are all good at their jobs. Surgeon (Dr. Sam) was also excellent and very quick with both cataract surgery and laser treatment. However I felt the discharge procedure at the end of treatment was a bit lax and suggest patients are given a letter or pamphlet to fully explain, for example is it in order to contact your opticians etc.

My experience in all areas, from the first time I stepped into the clinic till I got my operations completed are all fantastic. The staff were so respective and responsive. The environment was clean and friendly. The operations were neatly and nicely done with clarity.
