Over the past few years I have been to the Hospital on a number of occasions and have always found the standard of everything very good.

The hospital was well run, efficient and clean. All the staff I met were friendly and professional

I was late due to being at the wrong hospital but the staff called and gave me guidance and rebooked me in the same day and were all extremely helpful and friendly

It's a lovely facility that is bright and clean

Could not have been a better experience in every way.

It was Heatherwood Parkside and all was good

I had a consultation with ENT consultant and he was so knowledgable, very good at explaining and very helpful. Extremely impressed & delighted with consultation. I felt that i was well informed on the benefits and risks of the treatment. The chiswick nurses are very friendly and welcoming. they go above and beyond in helping me on that day as i was anxious before seeing the consultant.
