I recently did ptosis surgery on one of my eye with Dr. Ahmad Aziz, and I’m extremely happy with the results. From the initial consultation to the follow up appointments, the care I received was very good. Dr. Aziz explained the procedure thoroughly, addressing all my concerns with patience and expertise. The surgery went smoothly and the recovery was much easier than I expected. My vision has improved significantly and I feel more confident in my appearance. My experience with Jonathan & his team have been second to none. I felt totally at ease from start to finish. Jonathan answered all my questions thoroughly, honestly & reassured me on all my concerns. I had read that his team also advised on your skin health & lifestyle. Karen his aesthetician was so helpful on getting my skin to the optimum health, advising on products how to use them etc before the op & is still continuing to do so. Then we come to Shyamala who advises on lifestyle & this I have to say I was a little skeptical, but after having my initial consultation with her & wanting to get the best outcome after investing so much in my face I decided to try & follow her personalised schedule. I really didn’t think it would do much & was very surprised when I started losing weight (I’ve battled with my weight for many years) I had more energy & I generally felt much better in myself, I truly believe this helped in my recovery & I will try to carry on with all her advice, she is truly a beautiful sole. We then come to the ‘twilight sedation’ which id never heard of. Obviously I wanted the optimum results so was happy to go with it. During the 3 & half hour op I felt I was mostly conscious but was probably drifting in & out of sleep, could hear music & hear what was going on but felt completely comfortable throughout. What I am astounded at is the level of bruising & swelling which was minimal & how quickly I recovered. I was literally putting my clothes on 30 mins after getting back to my room, left 90 mins later. Have had no side effects from the sedation & my recovery has been so quick. I put this down to the combination of all the above & of course Jonathan’s magic hands. I am now 3 & half weeks post op & I’m so so happy with the results, even though I’m not seeing the final result yet which I think is at 3 months. My after care continues & im able to contact Jonathan directly with any concerns. I’ve seen him 3 times since the op & he even video called me the day after. I can’t thank Jonathan & his team enough for making this journey for me so easy & comfortable & continue to do so.

After researching a number of surgeons, In 2014 I underwent abdominoplasty and muscle repair surgery with Mr. Mathew James. Although I was slim my tummy looked bloated and despite vigorous exercise my tummy never looked flat. Mr. James explained that my tummy muscles had become separated due to childbirth and could be reattached during the tummy tuck procedure. He explained all the pros, cons and risks in detail. I decided to go ahead with the procedure and I can honestly say that it has 100% positively changed how I feel about my body. Ten years later, I am now 69 years of age and my tummy is still flat, I can still feel my stomach muscles tighten when I exercise. The scar has faded to obscurity and I can still wear a bikini on the beach. in 2016 due to the positive experience I had with Mr. James (it was a no brainer) I decided to undergo a Blepharoplasty procedure and liposuction to get rid of the fat under my chin. I could only trust one surgeon to work on my face. The result was fantastic and within two weeks I was back at work looking refreshed. The results have been long-lasting and I am still very happy with the outcome of the procedure. In November 2024, once again visited Mr. James with a view to remove my breast implants and perform a breast uplift with fat transfer. Mr. James recommended that I should wait for the fat transfer as he felt that I would be happy with the breast size result following removal of my implants. I took his advice and am so pleased i did. Due to the menopause my breast size had increased and I don't need the fat transfer. I am now five moths post operative, my breasts have settled and I am extremely satisfied with there final result. Yes there are scars involved with this procedure, but already they are starting to fade. My review of Mr. James has been long overdue. Following cataract surgery I developed Drooping Eyelids and after six months with no improvement was pleased to meet Richard Scawn. Established that he is highly respected in this field and practiced locally to me at The Chiltern Hospital on a weekly basis. He has a pleasantly assuring manner and fully explained the required procedure. This was carried out without problems and I am already feeling the benefit.

I’ve never felt so comfortable and informed by a doctor let alone a surgeon my whole life. I couldn’t recommend him anymore than I have. Absolutely the best.
