I recently had surgical removal of impacted teeth at OS Clinic, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and cared for. The reception team was friendly and efficient, and the nurses were incredibly kind, attentive, and reassuring throughout the whole process. My surgeon was highly skilled and professional, and I felt completely at ease knowing I was in expert hands. The procedure went smoothly, and my recovery was much easier than I expected thanks to their excellent care and clear post-op instructions. Every member of the team at OS Clinic went above and beyond. The HCA practice at The Shard is a very convenient outpatients medical centre with a number of experts who I've seen in recent years. Consultations are easy to arrange and convenient and diagnostic facilities excellent

Dr Sedra and his team were excellent. Not only was the medical advice clear, and correct, the team did their very best to help me expedite the scans and treatment I needed, calling round various hospitals to find availability. I am now pain free and getting mobility back in my hand and arm. I hope I won't need to see Dr Sedra again but I would recommend him to anyone with spinal and nerve issues.
