Facility is really clean and staff is welcoming and supportive.

Everyone was extremely kind and friendly. I am extremely please with their prompt same day response to my request for an appointment and no waiting time when I got there. The Dr listened well and confirmed everything I suspected which my GP did not and therefore for 2 years have not been able to see anyone to investigate further as she blocked it. . The doctor immediately took me to a nurse after our consultation for immediate full bloods and requested further tests to be approved by bupa. He explained everything clearly. Can not fault the service - The level of service I received in comparison to NHS is like day and night, so I am extreamly appreciative.

They’re always super helpful and great to work with. They email when they say they will, and are very understanding with the need for flexibility. (The only bit I’m not a fan of is the odd mandatory £50 deposit - which feels strange for a medical establishment. As though they don’t trust you - but that’s not the staff’s fault, it’s clearly a policy set by those above them.)

Majority of the time we were seen on time or with very minor delays. The place is always immaculately clean and lots of space for waiting area. The free water is a nice touch.

Throughout all of our IVF journey Dr Irfana has given us a top level of treatment. She strives for the best results, is thorough, and is really responsive and caring at the same time. I couldn’t recommend her enough!

I am so happy I found TCM. Prof Au and Stephanie have been extremely helpful, friendly and effective. I don’t comprehend how they do it, but the results are fantastic. For some context- after an ectopic pregnancy, I went for a check up at a traditional fertility clinic and was told that my AMH was too low and that my chances of conceiving were very small. I was also told that there was no way to reverse that trend and that I was irremediably heading toward primary ovarian failure and that I would menopause soon. Receiving that diagnosis at 35 was shocking, to say the least. This fertility clinic insisted that I needed to do IVF as soon as possible. After three rounds in a row and only two eggs retrieved, I decided I couldn’t cope anymore. I did some research and found TCM. Fast forward three months and my testosterone has almost halved and my AMH has doubled. I didn’t think this was even possible. I am now continuing treatment. I couldn’t be more grateful for the help and guidance I got thus far.
