His approach helped me learn how to manage my thoughts more clearly, reframe unhelpful patterns, and gently unpack some deep-rooted family issues, things I hadn’t been able to explore in the same way with other counsellors. Mark has a way of challenging you that feels kind and empowering, and I genuinely looked forward to our sessions. A year later, after making some big life changes, I returned for a few “top-up” sessions and once again, his guidance was transformative. Working with Mark has made a lasting impact on my life, and I can’t recommend him highly enough.
