im a bit late in doing this review but i had radiotherapy at genesis Birmingham at the end of Feb and into March this year. it was wonderful having a driver collect me and my husband each day a Sutton Coldfield isn't close to where we live. All the staff we saw on site were friendly, welcoming and supportive. The centre itself whilst being a medical centre doesn't feel very medical so you can forget a little the reason you're there. I highly recommend genesis Birmingham.

Every time I have visited the Nuffield for either appointments or surgery the experience has been excellent, friendly staff, short waiting times and excellent facilities.

Great to find a surgeon that was able to identify the problem alleviate my pain and at all times remained professional with a good bedside manner.

A very pleasant experience.

All staff at the Nuffield were professional and caring. I experienced a short delay for surgery due to a misunderstanding regarding medication. I had cause to return to the hospital over a medical concern but I was give an appointment the same day and treated by a Doctor promptly on arrival. The catering staff also deserve mentioning as the food was delicious and delivered with a smile!
