Doctor and nurses we saw were excellent. Reception staff seemed less competent. We received multiple letters about the same thing, they often came after the appointment date and they booked the wrong dates.

Running a bit late but not too bad. Also difficult to hear whose name was being called.

Professional and as stress free as it could possibly be! I fully recommend.
