I had a great experience with Dr. Bita Fox at the Munro Hall Clinic. I went in for SMART amalgam removal, and from start to finish, I felt truly looked after. Dr. Bita and her team are so warm, welcoming, and professional—they make you feel completely at ease the moment you walk in. What really sets them apart is their holistic approach. They take the time to explain everything thoroughly and consider your overall health, not just your teeth. It’s refreshing to be treated in such a thoughtful and caring way. Highly recommend to anyone looking for gentle, knowledgeable, and truly holistic dental care!

I went to the Maida Smiles Clinic for the first time and had the most wonderful experience! I am dentist phobic but strangely left the place with a big smile on my face (literally!). The receptionist was super kind, Susan was impeccable and very helpful, and I had my appointment with the most amazing dentist Dr Mafalda Vilhena. Couldn’t recommend her enough. She explains the whole procedure and is very rigorous in her work. Congratulations to Dr Pedro Gutierres for creating such an excellent working environment and to all the team. I will be back and bringing my family along and we don’t even live in Maida Vale. Thank you for such an impeccable job on my teeth and for taking my fear of dentists away. Dr Nagpal is exceptional he takes the time to speak to you and help you understand. I’m a bit frightened of the dentist because of my childhood experience but he makes you feel so at ease and really listens unlike some dentists that can rush you. Lisa his assistant is fantastic too and really put me at ease.

I recently visited Luxmedica in Ealing and was thoroughly impressed with the level of care I received. The staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful, answering any questions I had with ease. My doctor, Dr Katarzyna Adamek, was amazing outstanding professional, taking the time to perform a thorough examination and communicate her findings in a way that was easy to understand, without any medical jargon. I was particularly impressed with her patience and attention to detail during the breast ultrasound, as she explained everything she was doing and seeing on the screen. This level of transparency helped to keep me informed and prevent any undue stress or worry. Dr Adamek's approach was clearly patient-centric, and I am confident that I will return for future appointments. In fact, I have already recommended her services to my mother, who I am sure will receive the same excellent care that I did.

An excellent overall experience and a real pleasure dealing with all individuals at the practice. Very friendly and put my mind at rest. I had an emergency issue and was fitted in the same day. Whilst things were running a little late for my appointment time , I work in a fluid environment too and was just delighted to have been seen at short notice. The follow up messages to check on my recovery were welcomed and I felt a real duty of care was present and genuine.
