Friendly, professional, reassuring

Great service on the whole, a few of the night staff weren’t so attentive. Very clean, very quiet, nice to not be disturbed too often and good was excellent with lots of extra drinks on offer too Dorota was great and even went in search of a peppermint tea for me / Sylvia and Paula very helpful, approachable and friendly too. My consultant, who isn’t on your list : Mr Vathanan was excellent. Very personable, listened to me throughout and very professional

Excellent, fast, and pain free operation, not much communication but sufficient. Result astonishing --- I was not aware how bad my vision had become. Many thanks
