Efficient service, friendly staff, nice location

I don't like going to the Doctors usually I find it stressful. However attending the Well Life Clinic has changed my perception. The staff are warm, welcoming and extremely friendly. I feel listened to of which I'm grateful.

I am happy for the clinic experience.

Doctor was Very helpful

The doctor took a long time talking about things that had nothing to do with the patient, such as talking about other patients she'd had and what they were suffering from. I was very frustrated because she talked about so many irrelevant things.

Melvyn is so friendly and helpful.

Clean, efficient

They’re always super helpful and great to work with. They email when they say they will, and are very understanding with the need for flexibility. (The only bit I’m not a fan of is the odd mandatory £50 deposit - which feels strange for a medical establishment. As though they don’t trust you - but that’s not the staff’s fault, it’s clearly a policy set by those above them.)
